Blueberries Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Sliced banana
  • 2 Cups of Almond milk or low fat milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon of sliced Almonds
  • 1 Coffee spoon of Honey
Directions

Purée the Blueberries, the ripe Banana and the milk in a blender until smooth for about 1 minute.

Pour into a bowl and top it with the Chia seeds, the sliced Banana and the sliced Almonds. Drizzle some honey on top.
